Market experiences after festive season

In contrast, a garden eggs seller found the market to be consistent, stating that the demand for their produce remained steady from December to January.

Another trader also mentioned a significant difference in market behavior as students are returning to school. Customers, prioritizing essential needs, contributed to the observed shift in purchasing patterns.

Haruna, an onion seller, pointed out a positive turn for perishable goods. The decline in onion prices is anticipated to boost business, with customers expected to take advantage of the more affordable prices compared to December.
