Bawumia’s 2024 Campaign Team Unveiled

The National Executive Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has officially announced the campaign team for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s 2024 presidential bid.

Dr. Bawumia will lead the national campaign coordinating committee, which will oversee all working committees. He will be supported by his yet-to-be-named running mate. The campaign chairman is Dan Botwe, with assistance from Fred Oware and Nana Akomea. Other key members include Frederick Opare Ansah as Campaign Manager and former party chairman Peter Mac Manu in charge of electoral affairs.

Dr. Gideon Boako has been appointed as the spokesperson for the party’s 2024 campaign, while Dennis Miracles Aboagye serves as Director of Communications. Dr. Alolo Mutaka will head the finance and research committee.

An advisory committee, consisting of former president John Kufuor, President Akufo-Addo, Elizabeth Ohene, Akosua Frema Opare, Rev Joyce Aryee, and others, will provide advisory support throughout the campaign.
