Parts of Ghana to face power challenges during peak time - GRIDCo

The Ghana Grid Company Ltd, (GRIDCo), the "Operator" of the National Interconnected Transmission System has announced that some parts of the country will face temporary power challenges during peak time.

In a press statement issued by the Corporate Communications Section of the GRIDCo, they said this was due to limited gas supply to Tema and has created a supply gap of 550W.

“This will affect power supply to consumers in some parts of the country. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted,” parts of the statement said.
