District Level Elections begin nationwide

Tuesday 19th December, 2023 opened with the local level election countrywide.

The national exercise is under the supervision of the Electoral Commission. RGG News went to observe the voting process in the Sakumono electoral area.

The Sakumono estate complex school has 3 polling stations.

Complex 1 ,2 and 3 have a total number of 1,465 on the voter’s roll.

As announced by the E.C, police personnel are on hand to ensure that the electoral process goes on smoothly.

Voter turn out so far is low.

The voting process is also quick.
