Great Olympics Secures 2-0 Victory Against Heart of Lions, Climbs to 6th Place in League Standings

Accra Great Olympics triumphed 2-0 over Kpando Heart of Lions at the WAFA Sports Stadium in Sogakope.

Olympics got the opener in the 3rd minute through a strike by Yusif Razak after the goal keeper failed to keep his lines.

Heart of Lions found their momentum back into the game, but failed to find the back of the net in the first 45 minutes.

62 minutes into the 2nd half Yusif Razak increased the tally to two for the home team.

The victory moves Olympics to the 6th position on 27 points while Heart of Lions are feasting in the relegation zone with 18 points after 19 games.

Great Olympics will be hoping to keep their winning streak as they travel on Independence Day to face Bibiani Gold Stars midweek.
