The court presided over by Justice Marie-Louise Simmons struck out a request by the prosecution to restrict the two former househelps and the five other accused persons from disposing of properties allegedly bought with the monies allegedly stolen from the home of Madam Dapaah.

The prosecution, on Monday, March, 25, was expected to give the Court details on the persons in possession of those properties in order for the court to determine the application, however, prosecution withdrew the application at the last minute.

The presiding judge, Justice Marie-Louise Simmons, struck it out accordingly. The seven accused persons have pleaded not guilty to 31 counts of conspiracy to steal, stealing, money laundering and dishonestly receiving.
